Must be dependable, able to work in a team as well as self motivated.
Tasks include but are not limited to field tile installation so must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
Tiling work involves manual labor and light equipment operation.
Outside of tiling, we are a crop farming operation which also requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and large farm machinery.
Mechanically inclined is a plus.
Able to climb heights is also a plus.
Position currently is part time, however if the right individual joins our team there is potential for fulltime with health insurance benefits.
Experience in field tile installation and/or farming operation would be beneficial but not necessary.
Pay based on experience and performance.
