Job Description:
Supervising of production and/or maintenance employees to facilitate the maximum utilization of equipment and workforce to meet production requirements.
Ensuring the safety of employees and maintaining up to date knowledge of safety and environmental and health standards and procedures.
Optimization of the flow of raw glass for cutting, edging, and drilling.
Ensure proper storage and transportation of cut-not-tempered parts.
Oversee personnel involved in screening, forming and tempering auto glass production as well as the inspection and packing of finished parts.
Supporting policies and procedures and implementing corrective actions from audits conducted to help maintain certificate status and comply with good business practices.
Evaluating associates and identifying areas requiring additional training.
Qualification Requirements:
Must possess, at least, a High School Diploma or equivalent Must possess, at least, two (2) years of experience in production/maintenance supervision or past military leadership Must possess experience working in production/manufacturing environments Must be available for schedule flexibility Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Must have experience in Team Building skills Must possess excellent communication skills, have legal authorization to be employed in the United States and complete background check and pass a HAIR drug screen prior to start of assignment Job Types:
