All candidates must have a valid driver's license, and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
Be able to communicate effectively with our residents.
Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
Refurbish vacant apartments as they become available.
Understand resident needs.
Submits orders for parts and supplies to Management on a regular basis Be able to communicate professionally and provide high quality service.
Be able to use tools and equipment, safely and efficiently.
Possess the ability to independently stay on task.
